Yes! This programme is perfect for any aspiring manager, looking to start developing their management and leadership skills for when the time comes.

You will receive a confirmation email with information on when and how you can access your course. Check these details for next steps.

Immediately after registration, you will have access to the full suite of modules.

Talent LMS, our online learning platform, will become available to you upon registration. Talent LMS is accessed by clicking on the ‘Student login’ tab in the top right-hand corner of www.donovanlearning.com. You will log in with the email and password created at the time of registration.

6 hours over 6 weeks if you sign up to the Classic NAM Programme.

12 hours over 6 weeks if you sign up to the Premium NAM Programme.

  • You will access the course through an invitational link to Talent LMS.
  • Each week, a new module is unlocked, presented in the form of a bite-sized lesson.
  • Each lesson takes 10-15 minutes to follow.
  • Following the lesson, you will complete an optional assignment to help with the transfer of learning.
  • You will follow the course by going through the 6 lessons sequentially, spaced out over 6 weeks.
  • There is a discussion forum where you will lodge your comments in answer to prompting from the programme leaders.
  • You will also have access to discussions and conferences depending on the format you have purchased. These weekly webinars of one hours’ duration will allow you to bring issues, ask questions, and learn from other course members and the programme leaders.

You should have an up-to-date web browser such as: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Internet Explorer.

Our online courses can be accessed on a mobile or tablet device, although we strongly encourage you to have access to a desktop or laptop computer and reliable internet connection for certain course components.

If you sign up for our Premium option, you will have access to unlimited asynchronous group discussions as well as live weekly calls of one hours’ duration. These one-hour coaching calls will allow you to bring issues, ask questions, and learn from other course members and the programme leaders.

Congratulations! You now have lifetime access to the course materials to revisit whenever you wish.

  4. Leading to success – Learning what makes leaders effective and how you can use simple steps to become the go-to leader of your group
  5. Coaching – How to get great performance out of your staff with individual coaching techniques that are easy to use and stunningly effective
  6. Dealing with underperformance – How to handle with confidence, the ‘difficult’ conversations with staff about underperformance. How to ‘nip things in the bud’ before performance becomes an issue.
