3. Motivating your staff – Finding out what motivation means, how people are motivated, and how you can bring the best motivation practice to your team
4. Leading to success – Learning what makes leaders effective and how you can use simple steps to become the go-to leader of your group
5. Coaching – How to get great performance out of your staff with individual coaching techniques that are easy to use and stunningly effective
6. Dealing with underperformance – How to handle with confidence, the ‘difficult’ conversations with staff about underperformance. How to ‘nip things in the bud’ before performance becomes an issue.

This course is delivered online in six beautifully crafted eLearning lessons. Your time commitment is only one hour per week for six weeks. There’s also a weekly one-hour check-in where you can discuss your progress and pick up great advice on applying your learning to the job.
