Course description:
You are responsible for achieving results and you have advanced to a position of responsibility. Not only do you achieve those results on your own, but you also do it in conjunction with other people within and without your organisation. Occasionally, some of these ‘others’ don’t meet your expectations when it comes to delivery/performance, etc. You could let it slide, but that would affect your results. Hence you must have what we call a ‘difficult conversation’. But you find that you don’t look forward to these events and would like some support in being better at them and in achieving better results. Well, this course can do just that. The Dealing Difficult Conversations at Work course is made just for you. It’s a set of six, bite-sized chunks of learning that will give you laser-guided advice on how to prepare for and manage these challenging events. You’ll learn how to perform better and achieve greater results from these conversations. And you’ll do it online in a way that will fit in with your busy schedule. Let’s get started!
